Allocation represents allocated resources in a file system.

The allocationRecordType may be the Type returned in getRecordTypes() or any of its parents in a Type hierarchy where hasRecordType(allocationRecordType) is true.

      allocationRecordType - the allocation record type
      Returns:
      the allocation record
      Throws:
      NullArgumentException - allocationRecordType is null
      OperationFailedException - unable to complete request
      UnsupportedException - hasRecordType(allocationRecordType) is false
