Description	This is the form for creating and updating auction houses in bulk. Like all `OsidForm` objects, various data elements may be set here for use in the create and update methods in the `AuctionHouseBatchAdminSession`. For each data element that may be set, metadata may be examined to provide display hints or data constraints.

Description	Gets the `AuctionHouse Id` of the auction house to be updated if this is an update transaction.
Return	`osid.id.Id`		the auction house `Id`
Errors	ILLEGAL_STATE		`isForUpdate()` is `false`

Description	Gets the metadata for setting the hierarchical parents of this auction house.
