Description	This session provides methods for searching among `ObstacleEnabler` objects. The search query is constructed using the `ObstacleEnablerQuery`. This session defines views that offer differing behaviors for searching. federated map view: searches include obstacle enabler in map of which this map is an ancestor in the map hierarchy isolated map view: searches are restricted to obstacle enabler in this office obstacle enabler may have a query record indicated by their respective record types. The query record is accessed via the `ObstacleEnablerQuery`.

Description	Tests if this user can perform `ObstacleEnabler` lookups. A return of true does not guarantee successful authorization. This is intended as a hint to an application that may not offer lookup operations to unauthorized users.
